This wonderful water-based Fabric Decoupage all in one glue, sealer and finish it a must have for all crafters! It can be used to adhere fabric coverings to a wide variety of surfaces. Once the fabric has adhered to the object you simply apply the all in one glue and sealer over the fabric and it essentially becomes flush with the surface you have chosen. This formula is quick drying for a multiple coat build up and dries clear.
