I have always found doing the warranty a bit of a nuisance the this one was so easy and when you have such an amazing machine it really is a must !

A disappointing purchase after hearing it being praised constantly. Definitely not as good as my previous Brother machines.

At this stage no. As it is new to me and I need to learn how to use it. But I'm sure it will become my machine of choice once I get a grip of all the new aids incorporated in it.

A lot more features than my little Janome DMX100 so looking forward to trying out all functions. 1st project underway.

It appears to be everything they said it would be. The Elna janome staff were excellent and sorted out the delivery of my machine. They couldn't have done more sorting out sewing street mess.

Have not yet received sewing machine which was ordered on 21 May 2020. Purchased sewing machine from Sewing Street with premium delivery paid. Was disappointed not receive my parcel which was shown on an email both from Sewing Street and DPD which said it was to be delivered on Saturday 23 March. When DPD driver only brought an envelope in which was a handwritten note saying item would be delivered from supplier, which I was aware of. On contacting SS they did refund my premium delivery fee and in an email said that item would hopefully be delivered within five working days. To date no communication has been received about delivery of sewing machine

Does everything I hoped for - am delighted with this machine.

This is a great machine and i am very happy with it. The demonstration was excellent on sewing street and encouraged me to buy this machine.
